Nominations for the Fonterra Dairy Woman of the Year award highlighted an ‘impressive breadth of talent’ across the sector, as stated by Dairy Women’s Network trustee and award judge Jenna Smith. Among the finalists are Frances Beeston from Ashburton, Jo Sheridan from Cambridge, and Lara Sutton from Waikato. Each finalist is celebrated for their dedication and impact on the dairy industry.
The judging panel, including the 2023 Fonterra Dairy Woman of the Year Donna Cram, valued nominees who have made considerable contributions to their communities and the wider sector.
