According to the "China Agricultural Outlook Report (2023-2032)" released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Market Early Warning Expert Committee, China is set to see a substantial increase in dairy production and consumption over the next decade.
The report predicts that by 2032, per capita consumption of dairy products in China will reach 55.9 kilograms, marking a 37.7% increase from the base period and nearing half of the current global average.
This forecasted growth highlights the expanding dairy market in China, driven by increasing consumer awareness of nutrition and a broader shift towards dairy consumption.
