One of the recent projects of the CASARO Factory, a candidate for membership in the "Rosspetsmash" Association, was a unique cheese factory within a restaurant in Bali, Indonesia.

This project is the only one of its kind on the island, where restaurant visitors can watch the cheese-making process directly from the dining area. Fresh farm milk for the cheese factory is supplied from the company's own farm on Java.

The project proved challenging due to the climatic conditions in Bali. High tap water temperatures (27-30 degrees Celsius) required additional solutions to maintain the necessary temperature regime. An ice water generator was installed for cooling, and a boiler for heating the water. Gas was chosen as the main energy source for the cheese factory, but there is also the possibility of using electricity.

CASARO Factory supplied the restaurant with equipment: an automatic cheesemaking machine with a 100-liter capacity, a set of cheese harps (vertical and horizontal), cheese molds (20 pieces), a 200-liter cooling tank, an SPGV water treatment station, a boiler (100 liters), an ice water generator (1000 liters), and a technological tank (150 liters).

The company's service specialists successfully carried out the installation and commissioning work, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the equipment in the hot climate.

This cheese factory is a vivid example of CASARO Factory's innovative approach and their ability to adapt to various conditions, providing high-quality products and meeting customer needs.
