Founded by Jack and Anne Lazor, Butterworks Farm has been a pioneer in organic dairy production, supported by the couple's daughter Christine Lazor and her husband, Collin Mahoney. The farm spans 400 acres of pastures and hayfields and includes an on-site processing plant. With a workforce of approximately 15 employees, Butterworks Farm has built a reputation for producing high-quality, organic dairy products from the milk of its 76 Jersey cows.

The new owners have outlined ambitious plans for Butterworks Farm, with a focus on expanding its market presence. "We are very excited to become the new owners of this 100% grass-fed organic dairy farm and to continue the cherished tradition started by Jack and Anne Lazor. We share their passion and vision for people, animals, and nature living in balance," the Calderaro family stated in their official announcement.

Butterworks Farm currently produces a range of organic dairy products, including yogurts, kefir drinks, heavy cream, and buttermilk, all of which are processed in its on-farm creamery. The new ownership aims to broaden the farm's reach, bringing its healthy, grass-fed organic offerings to both existing and new markets.
