Spot milk prices in Brazil declined further in early November, settling at R$2.80 per liter, down R$0.21 from the previous average of R$3.01, according to data from MilkPoint Mercado.
Throughout this period, spot milk prices dropped across all monitored states. The lower prices continued to attract buyers, resulting in higher spot purchase volumes.
Similar to the previous period, weak wholesale dairy product sales kept pressure on the spot market, pushing prices down after several declines in October.
