Arla Foods Ingredients has unveiled its new 'Go High in Protein' campaign, aimed at inspiring dairy manufacturers to develop innovative, high-protein products. With more than 40% of global consumers citing protein as the most important ingredient, the focus is shifting from just quantity to the nutritional quality of the protein consumed. However, manufacturers often face challenges related to differentiation, processing, taste, and texture.

The campaign highlights the company's patented Nutrilac® ProteinBoost range, which offers microparticulated whey proteins rich in essential amino acids. These solutions help manufacturers overcome technical challenges and produce high-protein dairy products with appealing taste and texture.

As part of the initiative, Arla Foods Ingredients has introduced a virtual protein seminar featuring expert presentations and a protein knowledge quiz. The campaign also showcases five innovative recipe concepts, including an award-winning ambient yoghurt, a high-protein ice cream, and various high-protein yoghurt options, offering manufacturers solutions for long shelf life and easier transportation.
