Arcor, a leading Argentine food company, announces Andrés Graziosi as its new CEO, following Modesto Magadán's two-year term.
Arcor, the largest food company in Argentina, is undergoing a leadership change as Modesto Magadán steps down and is succeeded by Andrés Graziosi, a former Novartis executive known for his extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alfredo Pagani, president of Arcor, officially communicated the change to the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), stating that Graziosi will assume his new role on May 5. Previously, Graziosi managed Novartis's operations in Latin America and held a presidency at the Cámara Argentina de Especialidades Médicas (Caeme) in 2014.

Modesto Magadán began his tenure as CEO following the departure of Luis Pagani, who had led the company for 30 years. This leadership transition is part of a broader evolution within the Arcor Group, wherein Magadán progressed from leading the Agribusiness Unit to serving as the general manager. Meanwhile, Alfredo Pagani, also a long-term figure at Arcor, took over as president. As Arcor aligns itself for future growth under new leadership, the company's strategic focus remains on strengthening its market position and leveraging Graziosi's pharmaceutical expertise to explore innovative pathways.
