Agropur Appoints Jean-François Dubé as Senior Vice President of Operations

Agropur has announced the appointment of Jean-François Dubé as senior vice president of operations. In this role, Dubé will focus on enhancing efficiency and reliability across Agropur’s 29 production facilities in Canada and the United States.
Dubé will lead Agropur’s operations transformation initiatives, which include stabilizing production, ensuring consistent performance, driving growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. As a member of Agropur’s Senior Management Committee, Dubé brings significant experience in optimizing processes and reducing costs. He joined Agropur in 2017 from the aerospace industry, initially serving as vice president of Health and Safety, and later advancing to vice president roles in Manufacturing for Cheese and Ingredients Canada, and Strategic Initiatives and Organizational Transformation.
Agropur, Canada’s largest dairy cooperative, was founded in 1938 and comprises 3,000 members across Quebec, Ontario, and the Atlantic provinces, with a workforce of nearly 7,500 employees. In 2023, Agropur generated over CAD $8.2 billion in sales and processed more than 6.6 billion liters of milk.
