Chinese agricultural drones will be produced in Kazakhstan

The Kazakh delegation visited the Suzhou Industrial Park and the assembly site of the company "Eavision Robotic Technologies", specializing in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles designed for monitoring, protective measures against pests, plant diseases and weeds, using artificial intelligence technology.
The parties discussed the prospects for localizing the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (agrodrones) on the territory of Kazakhstan. They noted the uniqueness of the project due to the lack of similar production facilities in Russia and Central Asian countries.
“The Kazakh delegation agreed with their Chinese colleagues on the development of a Roadmap for the implementation of this initiative, the need to register a representative office of the investor’s company in Kazakhstan, determine the location of production and potential sales markets, including in neighboring countries,” the press service said in a statement.
It is noted that as a result of the negotiations, a Memorandum of Technical Cooperation was signed in the field of implementation of intelligent drones for plant protection in agriculture.
