Synlait Milk has secured its future following a decisive vote at a special shareholders' meeting, described as a “watershed moment” by Synlait Chair George Adams. The vote, held on September 18 in Dunsandel, passed three key resolutions, all with more than 90% approval, allowing the company to move forward with a capital raise and debt reduction strategy.
