Sargento’s Vice President of Total Rewards, Sherri Samuels-Fuerst, has announced her plans to retire in the spring of 2025. Taking over her role will be Steve Dunman, a seasoned human resources leader with over 20 years of experience, who joined Sargento in 2024.
The Sargento Total Rewards Program, a cornerstone of the company’s commitment to employee wellbeing, offers a comprehensive benefits package that addresses physical, emotional, and financial health. In his new role, Dunman will build upon the robust foundation established by Samuels-Fuerst, enhancing the program to continue supporting the Sargento Family of employees.
Dunman brings extensive experience in HR strategy and operations, having previously held key leadership positions at Comcast Corporation, HSBC Financial Corp., and Davidson Homes LLC.
