The 29th edition of Gulfood, which will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from 19 to 23 February 2024, will attract a record 5,500+ exhibitors from over 127 countries. During the fourth day of the exhibition, dedicated to innovations in nutrition, a panel discussion “Using innovations in products” will take place. One of the speakers will be Mikhail Mishchenko, director of the Dairy Market Research Center (DIA), The DairyNews reports.

The key directions and themes of Gulfood-2024 will be: the technological future of digitalization, innovation in food production and consumption, waste-free food systems, investment opportunities, global food security.

The panel discussion “Using Product Innovation” as part of the fourth business day will cover the following topics :

  • New achievements in the field of catering: how to make customers happy

  • Diversification and innovative product offerings to successfully enter new markets

  • New ingredients and production technologies to meet changing consumer demands while managing economic reality and nutritional value: Focus on dairy products

It is noted that the discussion will be moderated by Nadir Saigol, General Director of Saigol & Gulf, UAE. Panelists : Samir Punja, co-founder of Spades, UAE, and Mikhail Mishchenko.
