Malaysia will supply insect raw materials to the EU for feed production

Veolia Bioconversion Malaysia has received Trade Control and Examination System (Traces) approval for its insect-based ingredients Entomeal and Entolipid.
Traces is the European Commission's online platform for sanitary and phytosanitary certification of imports of animals and animal products. This approval allows Veolia to export its products to pet food, aquaculture and livestock feed manufacturers in the EU markets. Entomeal, an insect meal, and Entolipid, an insect-derived oil, comply with EU industry standards and animal feeding regulations.
