The Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan announced plans to expand the export of dairy products to the markets of two countries. As stated by Daniyar Zhanyzakov, head of the Food Security Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, during a radio broadcast on September 17, Kyrgyzstan has reached an agreement to export powdered milk and cheese to Uzbekistan.

During a recent ministerial-level meeting in Uzbekistan, representatives of the country took sample batches of powdered milk for analysis. If the products meet the required standards, Uzbek entrepreneurs are ready to begin purchasing dairy products from Kyrgyz producers.

In addition, negotiations are underway with China to expand dairy product exports. Zhanyzakov noted that talks with Chinese partners are ongoing, and a promising expansion of dairy exports in this direction is expected.
