By the end of 2025, China had decreased its purchases of Russian ice cream by 15% to $2.3 million, compared to $2.7 million a year earlier. This is stated in the materials of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
During the year, shipments were distributed unevenly. According to statistics, there were no purchases in September and December, while the first months of the year were the most active. The minimum figure was recorded in October — $16.7 thousand, and the maximum — in March — $951 thousand.
Among the largest suppliers of ice cream to the Chinese market in 2025 were France, New Zealand, Spain, and South Korea.
