Rui Finance Li Lan Junlebao Dairy Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Junlebao") recently formalized the initiation of its IPO process for A shares by signing a listing agreement.

On December 15, 2023, Junlebao underwent significant changes in its industrial and commercial profile. The company's name was revised to Junlebao Dairy Group Co., Ltd., and its company type transitioned from other limited liability companies to other limited liability companies (not included in the listing). The authorized capital also saw a substantial increase from approximately 62.2159 million yuan to 720 million yuan.

Since its establishment, Junlebao has attracted investments from notable institutions such as Sequoia China, Primavera Capital, Ping An Venture Capital, Hillhouse, JIC Venture Capital, and Bojia Capital.

The actual controller of Junlebao is Wei Lihua, holding 52.78% of the votes. Shareholders owning more than 5% of the shares include Wei Lihua with 37.54%, Ningbo Tanzhi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Liability Partnership) with 12.84%, Chunhua Shaojing Equity Investment Partnership (Tianjin) (Limited Liability Partnership) with 8.67%, Zhuhai Hengqin Lehuirui Sheng Enterprise Management Center (limited liability partnership) with 6.76%, and Tianjin Ping An Consumer Technology Investment Partnership (limited liability partnership) with 5.35%.

As per the official website, Junlebao stands as the largest dairy company in Hebei Province and is among the four largest dairy companies nationally. The company leads in production and sales volume of baby milk powder nationwide, holds the second-largest market share in low-temperature yogurt, and secures the top spot in the market for high-quality fresh milk with Yuexianhuo fresh milk.
