On November 28, 2023, the I International AqAltyn Conference dedicated to the dairy industry of Kazakhstan will be held in Turkestan. Issues of managing the quality and cost of raw milk are becoming key for subsequent development, so I decided to talk about a project in which we will try to answer these questions. Since I have repeatedly spoken at TheDairyNews events about the situation with the dairy market in general, this time I decided to share with the participants information about the project for the development of a dairy cluster, which we began to implement in the Talas region, Kyrgyzstan,” said Azizbek Kirgizbaev, chairman Board of the Livestock Union of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
