First Milk is thrilled to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of BV Dairy (Blackmore Vale Farm Cream Limited), a well-established producer of specialist chilled dairy products located in Dorset. BV Dairy's extensive services span across England, Wales, and Scotland, offering end-to-end solutions to customers in food manufacturing and food service. Additionally, the company specializes in co-manufacturing for emerging markets like home meal solutions and gut health sectors, presenting significant growth opportunities for the future.

Shelagh Hancock, Chief Executive of First Milk, expressed her delight at the acquisition, emphasizing the shared values of both companies, including a focus on people, community, environmental performance, exceptional quality, and long-term value creation. She welcomed the BV Dairy family into the First Milk fold and highlighted the potential for extended manufacturing and market reach, paving the way for further business growth and development.
