Small and medium-sized businesses operating in agriculture (including peasant (farm) enterprises) produced products in the amount of 222.2 billion soms at the end of 2022, which is 9.8 percent more than in 2021. The data is presented in the materials of the National Statistics Committee.

In the structure of gross output of small and medium-sized enterprises, 96.7% accounted for products produced by peasant (farm) farms.
Of the total volume of products produced by peasant (farm) enterprises in 2022, including individual entrepreneurs, crop production accounted for 61%, livestock production - 39%.
In 2022, peasant (farm) farms produced 225.3 thousand tons of livestock and poultry for slaughter (in live weight), or 51.1% of the total volume of production in the republic as a whole, and produced 871 thousand tons of milk (50. 1%) .
It is noted that in the total volume of gross harvest of agricultural crops in the republic’s farms, the share of peasant (farm) farms accounted for 90.8% of the grain produced.
