China Mengniu Dairy Announces Leadership Transition in Board and Committees

China Mengniu Dairy Co. has revealed a major transition in its leadership, effective May 22, 2024.
Mr. Chen Lang will step down as the non-executive director and chairman of the company's board, nomination, and strategy and development committees due to changes in his professional responsibilities.
He will be succeeded by Mr. Qing Lijun, whose extensive background in beverage production and management with COFCO Corporation and its subsidiaries positions him as a valuable successor. The company extended its gratitude to Mr. Chen for his significant contributions and anticipates a new chapter of leadership under Mr. Qing’s direction.
