ADM to Acquire Revela Foods, a US Dairy Flavour Manufacturer

Revela specializes in clean-label dairy flavour formulations using enzyme technology and operates three production facilities in the US Midwest. The company serves various applications such as snacks, frozen meals, sauces, dressings, soups, seasonings, and desserts. With approximately 400 employees, Revela is expected to achieve nearly $240 million in sales in 2023.

The acquisition will enhance ADM's global dairy flavours sector and the savoury flavours segment. Calvin McEvoy, ADM's President of Global Flavours, expressed excitement about working with Revela's team to expand opportunities in the North American savoury flavours segment.

Terry Schneider, Revela's CEO, sees the partnership with ADM as an opportunity to further establish Revela as an innovative provider of dairy flavour ingredients and solutions. The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with the aim to finalize the transaction in early 2024.
