Farmer forum on feedbase, climate and the next generation will be in Moama, NSW on Tuesday, 28 November.

The forum will be interactive, providing the opportunity for farmers to engage over lunch and dinner, and hear from other farmers and industry leaders. The AGM will be held as part of the day.

The forum will be interactive, providing an opportunity for farmers to engage over lunch and dinner, hear from other farmers and industry leaders, and find out more about the value Dairy Australia delivers to farmers.

Feedbase and climate discussion: The afternoon session will feature a panel discussion on how farmers have adapted their feedbase and risk management strategies to be more resilient in a changing climate. Dairy farmers Jacob Gardiner, Deanne Hore and Dustin Kemp will share their experience.

Investing in the next generation: The evening session will focus on the importance of investing in the next generation. Alongside dinner, it will feature a panel of young farmers involved in a recent leadership development program and acknowledgement of 20 young farmers who participated in a year-long program that included a visit to the US. This session will not be available online.
