Biography: Manuela Bernasconi will assume the role of Nestlé’s group general counsel and join the executive board on January 1, 2027. Her extensive career at Nestlé began in 2007, where she started in corporate and group compliance. Over the years, she has held several senior legal positions within the company, particularly in Switzerland and Zone Europe. In 2020, she became the general counsel of Nespresso and later expanded her responsibilities to include legal oversight in Zone Latin America and Zone Americas.
