Brazilian startup Zeit has recently made a significant stride in the dairy industry with the introduction of its portable milk-quality analyser. This innovative device was presented during a pre-launch event in Cascavel, Paraná, supported by Coopavel, a prominent cooperative in the region.

Developed over more than three years of dedicated research, the analyser is designed to connect seamlessly to a mobile phone and operates independently of an internet connection. This feature ensures its usability in a variety of settings, particularly in rural or remote areas where connectivity might be an issue.

The device delivers rapid results, providing readings in approximately 35 seconds, which is a remarkable achievement in the field of dairy technology.
