Pedro Lombardi

Pedro Lombardi serves as the co-ordinator-general for green finance at the Ministry of Development, Industry, Foreign Trade and Services in Brazil. In his role, Lombardi is instrumental in shaping discussions around Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) as well as emissions trading. These initiatives are viewed as opportunities for Brazilian industry to leverage domestic capabilities and reposition itself on the global stage.

Under Lombardi's leadership, the Ministry is actively involved in crafting strategies that align with international standards for green finance, thereby contributing to Brazil's commitment to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
