Moyna Bierma: Leading the C.O.W.S. Programme at Novus

Moyna Bierma has recently been appointed to lead the C.O.W.S. Programme at Novus. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing dairy sales across the regions of Benelux, Britain, and Ireland. Her responsibilities also include the introduction of science-based farm-assessment services, which are expected to enhance the efficiency and productivity of dairy operations in these regions.

Bierma's role is critical as it involves not only the sales aspect of the dairy industry but also the implementation of innovative services that leverage scientific approaches to farm assessments. This dual focus aims to support dairy farmers in improving their practices through data-driven insights and solutions.
