Lauridsen began her career in dairy farming with an Apprenticeship in Agriculture—Dairy Farming through Primary ITO. Her passion for the industry is rooted in her upbringing on her parents' dairy and dry-stock farms. To enhance her expertise, she completed Dairy Training’s Feed for Profit course, equipping her with advanced skills and techniques to improve farm productivity.
