Career and Education
Lauridsen began her career in dairy farming with an Apprenticeship in Agriculture—Dairy Farming through Primary ITO. Her passion for the industry is rooted in her upbringing on her parents' dairy and dry-stock farms. To enhance her expertise, she completed Dairy Training’s Feed for Profit course, equipping her with advanced skills and techniques to improve farm productivity.
She effectively employs tools like the Supplement Price Calculator, which aids in optimizing the farm's operations and financial outcomes.
Achievements
Her dedication and skill were recognized when she won the 2026 Taranaki Farm Manager of the Year title. Additionally, she achieved national recognition as a runner-up in the same category.
