Sark Dairy
Sark Dairy is actively working to raise £25,000 to acquire a new pasteuriser, a critical step towards resuming its milk production operations. The dairy has been non-operational since April when the previous tenants vacated the premises, taking essential equipment with them. The restart of operations hinges on the successful acquisition of this new pasteuriser.
The effort to restart the dairy is being led by Maj Christopher Beaumont, who chairs the trust responsible for managing Sark Dairy. He has announced plans to initiate fundraising campaigns aimed at gathering the necessary funds to purchase the equipment and resume operations.
