ProLácteos is an ambitious initiative aimed at bolstering the artisanal cheese industry. This program is a significant player in the dairy sector, involving 2,099 milk producers and 87 artisanal cheese plants. It operates under the leadership of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, with implementation by Agromercado.
