Juliana Gagliardi, an economist at FIEMG, highlighted that ice-creams accounted for a substantial 37.0% of Brazil's dairy-industry exports in the first half of the year. The export value of ice-creams was reported to be more than four times higher than the value of imports, showcasing the competitive edge of Brazilian dairy products in the international market.
