Clawson Farms

Clawson Farms is committed to promoting the use of blue Stilton cheese in the foodservice industry through a series of educational programs. As part of this initiative, Clawson Farms recently hosted catering students at its dairy and a member farm. This educational program is designed to increase awareness and application of blue Stilton among future culinary professionals.

The program is currently active in five catering colleges, with plans to expand to nine additional colleges in the next academic year. This expansion underscores Clawson Farms' dedication to fostering knowledge and skills related to blue Stilton cheese among students in the culinary field.
