The wholesale link must be ready for labeling by September 1, 2022
‘Wholesale stores that do not have retail outlets for sale to the end consumer should be fully prepared for labeling since September 1, 2022. If they have their own store registered under the same TIN, it must be equipped and ready for operation since December 1, 2021 in terms of disposal of the labeled product for the end consumer. If the issue is related to e-document flow, the deadline is September 1, 2022 for all participants,’ Yulia Kuzmina said.
The expert also reminded that the start of mandatory labeling of finished dairy products begins on January 20, 2021. Since this date until the date of mandatory labeling of each specific subgroup, codes are issued free of charge.
