The former producer of curd bars "B. Y. Alexandrov" Yuri Izachik could not return the company through the court

The Arbitration Court of Moscow region rejected the claim of the former owner of LLC Rostagrocomplex, Yuri Izachik, who demanded to invalidate the contract of donation of 85% of the company to five top managers of the Rostagrocomplex group. Information about this appeared in the file of arbitration cases. The company is known by the brand of curd bars "B. Y. Alexandrov", after the death of its co-founder Boris Alexandrov, a corporate dispute arose between its co-owners.

Mr. Izachik claims that he signed the donation agreement in a serious physical and emotional state after the operation under the influence of deception and delusion. He was convinced that the company was in a difficult financial situation and in case of bankruptcy he would be responsible for its debts as the sole owner.

Yuri Izachik owned 100% of Rostagrocomplex since the moment of its foundation until September 16, 2021. After Boris Alexandrov's death, Mr. Izachik transferred 17% of the company to top managers Sergey Babachenko, Valentina Kshennikova, Galina Makarova, Marina Reznikova and Nelly Khrapunova. After Yuri Izachik challenged the donation agreement, a case was initiated against him and entrepreneur Leonid Belilovsky on coercion to a transaction (Part 2 of Article 179 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In November, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow arrested Mr. Izachik in absentia, who was in the United States at that time.
