Since March 4, applications for participation in the auction for the sale of the property complex of the agricultural enterprise Voshchazhnikovo have been opened, reports The DairyNews. The deadline for accepting bids is April 9.
The initial price of the lot is 2.6 billion rubles. The auction will be held on April 14. To participate in them, you must make a deposit of 10% of the initial price of the bankrupt enterprise.

In early February, we wrote that on the portal there were published the results of the evaluation of one of the largest enterprises in the milk production industry in Russia – the agricultural enterprise Voshchazhnikovo. According to the service, the value determined by evaluators is twice lower than the book value of the company under bankruptcy management.

The organizer of the auction is LLC Legal Bureau.

The DairyNews has been following the fate of Voshchazhnikovo very closely since its foundation. The successful agricultural producer in 2020 increased production by 4.4% despite the fact that a year earlier it was declared bankrupt. ‘At present, the company has retained the number of employees (more than 300 people), as well as all social guarantees. Salary increased by 5%. Now it has become more than 50 thousand rubles. The company increases the production of milk. In 2020, the figures amounted to 54.4 thousand tons, which is 4.4% more than in 2019. Milk yield per cow is 10,971 kg, which is 1.5% more than in 2019.
