The Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan declared Beloretsky Dairy Plant bankrupt
As follows from the materials of the arbitration court, in 2015-2017, LLC Beloretsky butter and cheese factory opened three credit lines in the Bashkir regional branch of Rosselkhozbank for a total of 43.5 million rubles. The guarantors of the loan were the companies Agroservice, Ural Industrial Union, Avangard-prom, Beloretsky Dairy Plant, as well as the founders of the latter Nazif Fayzullin and Marina Tersina.
The loan debt has not been paid. In 2019, Rosselkhozbank, through the court, collected 24 million rubles in solidarity with LLC Beloretsky butter and cheese factory, LLC Belmolzavod, LLC Avangard-Prom. The Arbitration Court of Bashkiria foreclosed on the property of the debtor and the guarantors, which is pledged to the bank.
Since the loan has not been repaid so far, the bank appealed to the court to declare the debtor bankrupt. During this time, the debt with interest and penalty increased to 30.2 million rubles.
LLC Beloretsky Dairy Plant was registered in Beloretsk in July 2006. The founders are Marina Tursina (51%), Nasima and Nazif Fayzullin (24.5% each). The latter also manages the enterprise.
LLC Beloretsky butter and cheese factory, according to the data of the system Contour.Focus, belongs to its director Nazif Fayzullin and LLC Agroservice from Yekaterinburg (controlled by Marina Tersina and Jan Smolin) in a ratio of 51% to 49%.
It should be reminded that Beloretsky butter and cheese factory was declared bankrupt by the decision of the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria in June 2020. A series of bankruptcies in the dairy industry continues in the republic. According to the chairman of the Dairy Union of the Republic of Belarus, Ildar Fayzullin, the state of the industry enterprises is negatively affected by the rise in prices for raw milk. In the republic over the past year, they have jumped by 50%.
