Stanislav Goryansky: there are more and more successful farms in Russia

S. Goryansky called profitability the main criterion for a successful farm – you can have enough milk, but if the cost of milk is high, efficiency will suffer.

– In Russia, every year there are more and more successful farms, because agriculture is beginning to apply the best management practices, people realize that this is also a business. And it can be effective if there is a structure, job descriptions, clear criteria for assessing the result, – said the Director of the production farm "Kaluzhskaya Niva Vostok".

Stanislav Goryansky added that management is, first of all, a clear structure in the head of the manager and the ability to set goals.

– When you delve into the essence of the processes, you realize that many do not perform simple truths, but are willing to invest in completely unnecessary things. Regular management is boring to deal with, but without it success cannot be achieved, – concluded Goryansky.
