The document provides for technological and engineering cooperation between the ministry, the Kazakh company Shin-Line, and Sungwon Machinery Co., Ltd. The project is designed for three years and includes the implementation of foreign production solutions, the development of engineering competencies, and the expansion of food production in Kazakhstan.
A separate company, Shin-Line Engineering, is planned to be established under LLP Shin-Line. It will be responsible for the implementation, further development, and adaptation of production technologies that the parties intend to use in enterprises.
The production will involve the use of automated solutions, including Dry Coater technology, high-precision pumping stations, and the Summer Crunch series production complexes.
The South Korean partner will transfer technologies and engineering expertise to the Kazakh side. Shin-Line stated that this will allow them to develop their own engineering competencies and produce products with high added value.
Shin-Line LLP President Andrey Shin reported that the new company will engage in the implementation and development of modern production technologies. According to him, the project involves transferring Korean expertise to Kazakhstan, forming their own engineering competence, and creating products that meet international standards.
The Ministry of Agriculture will provide participants with informational and consulting support and help them interact with government agencies. The ministry also intends to inform the parties about available state support measures for the food industry.
