Sheikh Sultan Approves Establishment of Honey Production Factory and Laboratory

The ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council, has sanctioned the establishment of a dedicated factory and laboratory for honey production. This initiative aims to enhance the quality and market value of local honey, making use of modern scientific techniques and facilities.

The approved facility is expected to significantly boost the local economy and agricultural projects, supporting diversifying income sources and promoting sustainable development. The factory will produce 120 tons of high-quality honey, catering to local and international markets.

Sheikh Sultan emphasized that the project aligns with the emirate's vision to promote agricultural innovation and sustainability. The new factory is anticipated to start operations soon, reinforcing Sharjah's stance as a center for excellence in agricultural development.
