Sergey Khazov: Production volumes at LLC YuKMP increased by more than a quarter in 2021

Summing up the results of the outgoing year, Sergey Khazov, General Director of LLC Yugovskoy dairy products plant (YuKMP), said that the average production volume increased by more than a quarter compared to last year, and the company plans to manufacture innovative products next year, writes The DairyNews.

According to the head, in 2021, the plant launched the production of skimmed and whole milk powder with a capacity of 1200 tons per month. Two cutting lines for fixed-weight cheese with a capacity of 1400 tons per month have also been launched.

‘An oil production line is in operation - 3000 tons per month and two new cheese production lines with a total capacity of 3000 tons per month,’ Sergey Khazov said. ‘As a result, milk processing capacity increased by 75 thousand tons per month. In addition, a new logistics center with a total area of 17,000 sq. meters started operating. In 2022, the company will provide more than 300 new jobs.

The company plans to manufacture innovative products in 2022.

As the General director of YuKMP emphasized, thanks to participation in the national project "Labor Productivity", the plant used lean production tools at the "pilot" site and extended the experience to other sections of the cheese production workshop, as well as involved related services of the enterprise. As a result, audits of federal retail chains and national confectionery holdings have been successfully completed, which makes it possible to guarantee an increase in processing volumes and sales next year.
