The assigned task is a challenge for Russian producers as foreign countries are unwilling to allow Russian products entering their markets and as a result set very strict certification rules. Russia must start exporting final products, not only raw materials, believes Minister of Agriculture Nikolay Fyodorov, situation with respect to export of derivative products from Russia is dejected.
The majority of companies eligible for export are a part of multinational companies – like PepsiCo and Danone. Even export of Russian vodka, the most popular among western consumers product, does not exceed 4-5 mln of dal or 5-5.5% from total production.
