New Map of industrial consumption: Kirov region is ahead of Tatarstan

The leader in the surplus of milk in terms of industrial consumption in 2019 was Kirov region (387.6 thousand tons), before that for many years the first place in the surplus of milk for processing was occupied by the Republic of Tatarstan (340.5 thousand tons in 2019), but the region began to attract investors and increase the processing of raw milk.
