A land plot of regional property with an area of about 1 hectare in Dmitrov city district has been leased to LLC Hestia for the implementation of a large-scale investment project - the construction of a cheese production plant. The investor plans to start project work in the 1st quarter of 2022. The order of the Governor of Moscow region on the transfer of land for rent was issued this week. This was told by Minister of Property Relations of Moscow region Natalia Adigamova, writes The DairyNews with reference to the press service of the regional Ministry of Property Relations.
‘A plot of land with an area of 1 hectare from the property of Moscow region has been leased to a new resident of the agricultural park "Cheese Valley". The enterprise Hestia plans to build a plant for the production of soft, hard and semi-hard cheeses in the amount of about 1800 tons per year. The implementation of the project will create 35 additional jobs for residents of the region, and tax revenues to the budget will exceed 229 million rubles,’ Natalia Adigamova noted.
Investments in the implementation of the project will amount to 240 million rubles.
