Lactalis Launches Final Phase of £1.2M Campaign for Seriously Spreadable Cheddar

Lactalis UK & Ireland has launched the third and final phase of its advertising campaign for Seriously Spreadable Cheddar, valued at £1.2 million. This campaign uses the 'Habits' advert, which originally aired in 2025 and demonstrated various ways customers enjoy the cheddar, such as 'Spooner', 'Scooper', and 'Flipper'.

According to Lactalis, each airing of the advert has resulted in a significant increase in sales. Héloïse Le Norcy-Trott, group marketing director for Lactalis UK & Ireland, stated, 'The Habits creative has already demonstrated its ability to connect with shoppers and support sales. Bringing it back across TV and digital channels gives us a proven platform to continue building momentum behind the brand.'

The campaign officially launched on August 3 and will run for three weeks across TV, On-Demand, and YouTube platforms. Le Norcy-Trott emphasized the company's role in supporting retailers by stating, 'As a leading dairy business, we have an important role to play in supporting retailers with strong, high-performing brands that drive growth.'

She further added that Seriously Spreadable Cheddar has established a strong leadership position in its category, and this latest investment in TV advertising aims to keep the brand prominent in the minds of consumers, increasing purchase frequency and encouraging more shoppers to choose Seriously Spreadable Cheddar.
