Kuban breeding farm Severinsky will build a dairy farm at 1.2 billion rubles - Fedor Dereka
The complex is designed for 700 units of cattle. It will be equipped with modern equipment and robotic milking machines. The farm also provides climate control, irrigation and dosed feeding of animals. All work at the enterprise will be carried out in an automated mode. It is planned to launch the farm by the end of 2021 after the purchase of livestock.
‘Such complexes are growth points for the industry. In the coming years, the region will have to increase the production of milk and dairy products significantly. The creation of modern enterprises will contribute to this,’ said the Minister of Agriculture of the region Fedor Dereka.
The minister added that since the beginning of the year, Kuban animal breeders have produced almost 1.3 million tons of milk. The main volume was produced in agricultural enterprises - 68.2%, in households - 25.3% and in peasant farm holdings - 6.5%. The enterprise will provide the municipality with more than 10 new jobs.
