The Minusinsk processing enterprise JSC Moloko shipped 8 tons of rennet casein to Kazakhstan in the amount of 68 thousand dollars. This is the first delivery of casein from the region abroad since 2015. The company plans to strengthen trade relations with the Kazakh partner within the framework of the national project "International Cooperation and Export".

Based on Minusinsk casein, glue is obtained in Kazakhstan, which is used for labeling food products in European countries. The regional enterprise plans to supply Kazakhstan with up to 15 tons of casein per quarter, thus completely covering the needs of the importer in this product. Also, JSC Moloko is working on options for the shipment of butter to Kazakhstan.

Leonid Shorokhov, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government - Minister of Agriculture and Trade: ‘Traditionally, the region ships a significant amount of agricultural raw materials across Russia and abroad, in particular, cereals and rapeseed seeds. The production of high-margin agricultural products in the region, including for sale on the international market, is our priority.’
