JSC Severomorsky Dairy Plant plans to stop working since January 1

JSC Severomorsky Dairy Plant, located in Murmansk region, plans to stop working since January 1, 2022. This is stated in the company's letter on termination of contracts to service providers, writes The DairyNews with reference to Interfax information.

The plant recognized the information about the closure as correct, but clarified that they do not intend to comment on the situation until January next year. They also added that on December 1, the company's online store, which started operating in January this year, has already been closed.

Earlier we reported that Governor of Murmansk region, Andrey Chibis, instructed Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Fisheries of the region, Sergey Abarinov, to submit an action plan by the end of this week to prevent the closure of JSC Severomorsky Dairy Plant (SDP, Closed administrative-territorial entity Severomorsk, one of the largest dairy plants in the region).
