In Perm region, raw milk for the year rose by 10.7%
According to statistics provided to the Agency by the regional department, the average producer prices for raw milk in January 2019 amounted to 21,234 rubles per 1 ton, in January 2020 - 23,526 rubles, in January 2021 - 24,295 rubles, in February 2021 - 24,772 rubles per 1 ton.
The average consumer price of butter in January 2019 reached 527 rubles per 1 kg, in January 2020 - 597 rubles, in January 2021 - 626 rubles, in February 2021 - 620 rubles per 1 kg. Drinking milk of low fat content in the stores of the region in January 20219 was possible to buy at the price of 48 rubles per 1 liter and of high fat content – at 82 rubles, in January 2020 – at 49 rubles and 84 rubles, in January 2021 - 51 rubles and 84 rubles, in February 2021 – 51 rubles and 82 rubles.
The consumer price of sour cream in 2019 was 192 rubles per 1 kg, in January 2020 - 208 rubles, in January 2021 - 214 rubles and in February 2021 – 215 rubles.
The cost of fermented dairy products in January 2019 was 64 rubles per 1 kg, in January 2020 – 66 rubles, in January 2021 - 68 rubles, in February 2021 – 68 rubles.
The volume of milk production, except raw milk, in the region in 2020 amounted to 112805.7 tons, in January 2021 - 9535.2 tons, in February 2021 - 9237.7 tons. 13605.4 tons of butter was produced in 2020, in January and February 2021, respectively, 1394.6 tons and 1168.9 tons. In 2020, 3151.6 tons of cheese was produced, in January and February 2021 – 91.6 tons and 392.7 tons. Sour cream in 2020 – 13056.4 tons, in January and February 2021 - 975.3 tons and 1029.9 tons.
In January 2021, compared to February 2021, the price of butter in the region decreased by 6 rubles. During these months, the cost of fermented dairy products did not change – 60 rubles per 1 kg, yoghurts – 23 rubles and low – fat drinking milk - 51 rubles. High-fat milk fell in price by 2 rubles from January to February 2021: from 84 rubles to 82 rubles.
Earlier we reported, that the Dairy Index DIA as of March 22, 2021 was 29.44 rubles/kg (excluding VAT, fat - 3.6%, protein - 3.0%), which is 0.03% lower than last week and 6.3% higher than in March 2020.
