HoReCa and retail chains of Leningrad region are actively preparing for labeling of dairy products
The Agency reported that the enterprises of wholesale and retail trade of Leningrad region are undergoing the registration procedure in the "Honest Mark" system. So, at the moment, 203 economic regional business entities are already registered in this system. The representative of the Committee noted that on the territory of Leningrad region, a large regional retail chain is "Lenoblpotrebsoyuz", which has more than 300 trade objects.
‘Enterprises of Leningrad region in the field of restaurant business and wholesale and retail trade are actively preparing for the introduction of labeling of dairy products, namely the category of ice cream and cheese, starting from June 1, 2021. The Committee weekly monitors the registration of business entities that sell the category of goods subject to mandatory labeling in the "Honest Mark" system,’ the agency concluded.
