Four of Alexey Bobrov's Companies Are Put Up for Auction for 571 Million Rubles
Shares in LLC Petelino, LLC Udarnik, LLC Zemlya Sazhinskaya, and LLC Agro-Klever are up for sale. The first enterprise is registered in the Tyumen region, the next two in the Sverdlovsk region, and Agro-Klever in the Kurgan region.
The auction involves 100% of the shares in each company. These assets were previously owned by businessman Alexey Bobrov and were subsequently nationalized following a court order. The initial combined price for the lots is set at 571.2 million rubles.
Petelino produces raw cow's milk, engages in dairy farming, and grows cereal and forage crops. Udarnik breeds dairy cattle and produces raw milk; the company owns a facility that houses 1,800 heads of cattle.
Zemlya Sazhinskaya grows grain for its own needs and supplies it to Udarnik group enterprises. The company also produces raw milk, grows forage crops, breeds pigs, horses, and other livestock, and trades agricultural products both wholesale and retail.
Agro-Klever is involved in growing grains and producing dairy products. The company supplies seeds to businesses in the Kurgan, Tyumen, and Sverdlovsk regions. The auction to sell these assets is scheduled for September 29.
Previously, the Russian government included these companies in the federal property sale plan for the years 2026–2027. In October 2025, the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg upheld a lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office to confiscate the assets of Alexey Bobrov and Artem Bikov in favor of the state. The list included 38 companies with a total capitalization of over 134 billion rubles, including Oblkommunenergo, Suenko, the Noyabrsk gas and steam power plant, and the Kurgan TPP-2. The agency reported corruption violations during the privatization and management of these assets. Following a separate lawsuit in November 2025, shares of other companies with a combined capitalization of over 40 billion rubles were also transferred to the state. At the end of April 2026, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court upheld the decision to nationalize the second batch of assets belonging to Bobrov and Bikov.
