EkoNiva expects to start milk deliveries to China from Novosibirsk region in 2021
‘In 2021, we plan to send products abroad, including from our factory located in the Novosibirsk region,’ the report says.
Earlier it was reported that in June, EkoNiva began delivering milk to China: to the cities of Heihe, Suifenhe and Harbin. At the same time, the Anninsky plant of EkoNiva group in Voronezh region is accredited for export to China.
‘The first batch of ultra-pasteurized milk was transported through the Chinese seaport of Dalian. At the end of November (this year - IF), we plan to send the next batch of milk by rail to the city of Manchuria. This will be a pilot project. It will show how much transportation by train is more convenient for us than by sea. Naturally, it is necessary to develop the railway and automobile direction,’ the press service explains.
In addition, as noted, milk with a complete lack of fat or with a fat content of 3.5% is the most popular for China.
‘It is possible to launch such a product in TBA SlimCap packaging if orders from customers exceed 100 thousand liters for each fat content. Therefore, in the near future it is planned to expand the range for China. The volume of orders from Chinese contractors continues to grow,’ the press service quotes Leading Export Manager of LLC EkoNiva-food Ildar Rakhmatullin.
EkoNiva is the largest producer of raw milk in Russia. The group has been engaged in agricultural production since 2002.
